Winter 2021

Hi ##firstname##! Welcome to our Winter 2021 newsletter!

ratio

What we've been up to...

We have been very busy this year, as at the start of 2021 it seemed that all of our clients wanted to get their learning and development back on track - whether face-to-face or virtual!

On the apprenticeship side we currently have three Coaching Professional Level 5 and one Women in Leadership Level 5 open cohorts.

In our direct client work, we are very proud to have been selected to deliver a huge project with the fabulous Ongo to truly embed a coaching culture in their organisation which is going well and we are really enjoying delivering. After the initial delivery phases, we are now supporting many employees with ILM coaching qualifications.

We have also won a small coaching project with Kuehne Nagel, team development workshops with Leeds Federated Housing Association and Shirley and Jo have really enjoyed some guest lecturing on Undergraduate and Masters courses with the University of York.

In addition, we have landed lots of new clients from transport companies to insurance to underwear and gym clothing! So as you can see things are really starting to ramp up here at Azesta.

We have appointed a new Operations Director, Rachel Fort and employed new facilitators including Jo Houchin as well as lots of new associates! We are searching high and low for larger offices if anyone knows of any in this area...

A Gift for you

As a welcome back to our new look newsletter. We would like to offer to the first 7 people who get in touch via email a free physical copy of the brilliant Pinpoint Facilitator book.

This book looks at running meetings, training differently and how to stay up to date maximising new software such as Zoom.

All you have to do is email us with your postal address and we will get in touch to let you know if you will receive a copy!

New Tools

RSVP have recently brought out the original physical in-person activity 'Seeing the Point' online.

This tool is great for building problem solving & creative thinking skills.

TDNY

TDNY continues with a combination of both virtual and face-to-face courses!

We had a very successful session on December 3rd where we were very impressed with both Linda Grant's coaching culture tool and Penny Gundry's beads and how these can be used in training.

We are happy to say that the next session will be taking place online in February.  David Booth will be taking us through how organisations can develop a more dynamic, ongoing and adaptive approach to strategy.
