Expanding our brand reach at Dairy Industries Expo

The inaugural UK Diary Industries International Expo in Harrogate was a great platform for us to promote the increasingly expert Penmann brand and to announce our partnership with French company Clauger - our joint objective being to increase UK market share of the remarkably effective Rapid Cooling Cell in the UK. Combining our expertise and achievements in this sector we can truly claim to be ‘The Dairy Cooling Experts'.

New Appointments to Team Penmann

Ongoing business wins from new and current clients mean we welcome two new skilled people to our team. The process of recruiting continues to challenge. We take our time to ensure we align skill sets with our team values to achieve the right ‘fit’ for the business.

Dareen Twigg started back in the summer and is stepping up as Project Engineer.

Faiz ul Hassan joined us recently as Mechanical Design Engineer.

Penmann Team Away Weekend

On Friday 29th September we headed off to Helmsley, North Yorkshire, where we all congregated for dinner and overnight at the beautiful old Black Swan Hotel. 

The occasion was our annual Team Away Weekend for Penmann personnel, partners and close Associates. It’s the highlight of our Team Engagement programme which is central to our values and the development of our people and therefore our business.

John Kirwin commented: “When I look at the images of our team interacting over dinner and the next morning during the walk (which sadly I was unable to attend due to an unscheduled dismount from my mountain bike!) I can genuinely conclude that everyone gets on well, that we enjoy each other’s company and care for each other’s welfare. From this, productive, trusting relationships between colleagues have developed”.
