• What a pleasure it was to welcome hoteliers from across the UK, Europe and beyond to the 2019 Boutique and Lifestyle Hotel Summit and the BoHo awards this week.

Staged at the stunning Kimpton Fitzroy, the event had a refreshed format with an emphasis on collaboration and participation. Among the topics discussed were distribution, branding, investment and valuation, recruitment, sustainability, marketing and more.

When the conference closed we toasted the wonderful winners of the 2019 Boutique Hotel Guest Experience Awards - the BoHos. A fantastic collection of properties who are clearly delivering a wonderful service to their guests, some of them properties were previous winners - a true testament to their consistency.
