• Last week, I attended the first-ever More Bookings Direct conference in London and was fortunate enough to listen to the insights of leading speakers talking about how hospitality owners can continue to drive direct bookings. I interviewed two of the speakers, Moriya Rockman [Smiling House Luxury] and Mark Simpson [Boostly], to talk about their key takeaways and their excitement about being shortlisted for awards at next week's Shortyz.
