• Airbnb CEO Brian Chesky and Sonder CEO Francis Davidson feature in Part Two of IHM's new Urban Innovators series, which identifies 50 of the most exciting figures in hospitality and real estate changing the way we live, leading up to the first Urban Living Festival in London on 25-26 November.
This week's list, which has been compiled through discussions between the IHM editorial team, notably includes two figures playing a key role in mapping out the future direction of the short-term rental industry.
Chesky has overseen the company's rapid international expansion and diversification and has filed paperwork for a much-anticipated IPO, while Davidson has helped his business to achieve unicorn status with a number of high-profile funding rounds and been named in the Forbes 30 under 30 list in the consumer technology section.
