You can now register for next week's unmissable webinar here.
The session will take on added significance after another turbulent week for the industry.
Hospitality venues in England will have to abide by a 10pm curfew from tonight and Prime Minister Boris Johnson warned the current restrictions, including the so-called "rule of six", could be in place for at least the next six months, creating yet more uncertainty as businesses seek to navigate another wave of restrictions on their operations.
Furthermore, short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb will become subject to stricter letting laws in Paris after the European Court of Justice upheld a French law that gives municipalities the authority to regulate such sites. The French capital and 21 other European cities have formed an alliance in calling for stricter rules on Airbnb and co, and the decision by the CJEU may prove to be a key turning point in enforcing regulations on short-term rentals and severely denting Airbnb's European business model as a result.
