14 categories will be won by companies and four will be won by individuals from the industry. The 14 company categories will be decided by a 50:50 split between judging scores and public votes, the Innovator / Disruptor, Rising Star and Pioneer awards will be determined solely by public votes, and the winner of the Courage in Adversity Award will come down to judging scores alone.

• In other news this week, digital trust platform SUPERHOG's announcement that it is developing a digital vaccination passport has the potential to be a "game changer" in the short-term rental industry and the recovery of the travel sector overall.
With Prime Minister Boris Johnson admitting that vaccination passports are likely to be required to enter hospitality establishments such as pubs and restaurants, we can also expect domestic or overseas travel to fall into that bracket if such travel is permitted this summer. Scientists are already warning that foreign holidays may have to be put on hold this year, although it is still possible that travel corridors will be kept open for certain countries with lower Covid infection rates.
SUPERHOG says its solution, whereby guests and hosts can upload their vaccination and negative test result details into its app, is "oven ready" for deployment should the UK Government decide that step is necessary. Although the passport throws up some complex moral, ethical and legal questions, it is designed to enhance trust in the booking process and the entire guest experience, which will be crucial for the stimulation of the travel sector.
