EDITOR'S COMMENT

• Don't forget there is still just about time to grab your tickets for the inaugural Urban Living Festival at Tobacco Dock in London.

We've been excited about launching this event for a couple of years, and after several postponements due to the pandemic, it's all systems go with property tours and a drinks reception later today, followed by a full day's conference agenda tomorrow.

ULF is themed across threes stages - Stay, Live and Work, and will feature panels, presentations and interactive round tables looking at how hospitality and real estate asset classes are converging as our urban environments evolve.

Up for discussion on October 26 and 27 will be hotels, serviced apartments, coliving, BTR, PBSA, senior living, coworking and more.

At 15:10 tomorrow on the STAY stage, I'm moderating a panel called Serviced apartments and extended stay - the hospitality sweet spot.

Joining me for the discussion will be Sam Aycock, associate - European Living, Hines; Zach Schwartz, CEO, YAYS; Simon Walford, development director, Staycity; and Dominic Sherry, CEO, Flying Butler Apartments.
