• This Wednesday [18 May] promises to be a short-term rental extravaganza as the Shortyz Awards returns as an in-person event for the first time since 2020 and we hold our inaugural Urban Living Insights [ULI] for the sector.
Hosted by Simon Lehmann, co-founder and CEO of AJL Atelier, and I, ULI is a uniquely curated event focused on the growth and investment into urban and holiday rentals. We will be speaking with industry leading investors, owners, service providers and more across three sessions to learn about what is making short-term rentals today’s most exciting hospitality and real-estate asset class.

After last month's judging period and more than 55,000 votes were cast by the public, we will be announcing the 20 winners one-by-one on the night - a big congratulations to everyone who made the shortlists and thank you to everyone who entered or cast a vote.
