EDITOR'S COMMENT
• I had fun contributing to the IHM editorial team's compilation of 25 'ones to watch' for 2023 in travel, hospitality and real estate this week. The 25 visionary leaders highlighted span all of our respective sectors, from short-term rentals to hotels, serviced apartments, build-to-rent, student living and more, and have all been chosen for their achievements in their segments thus far and our belief that they have a big 12 months ahead of them.
This year for the first time, we have split the 25 industry leaders and disruptors into five different categories to reflect their individual contributions and expertise. These categories are: Brands; Development; Entrepreneurs; Finance; and Tech.
Whether it is investing in sustainable, long-term projects, scaling their businesses or teams at impressive rates or creating solutions that enhance the customer / guest / tenant experience, each one of these noteworthy individuals demonstrates ambition, vision and leadership.
