EDITOR'S COMMENT
• Once again, the IHM team is gearing up for another exciting Recharge event, this time in Belfast, Northern Ireland - now in its sixth edition. It is always one of our favourite events of the year as it gives us the opportunity to explore and immerse ourselves in a different European city, as well as discuss innovation and projects at a ground level in travel, hospitality and real estate.
This curated event welcomes urban innovators at the cutting edge of contemporary hospitality, real estate and living to challenge the status quo, maintaining an intense focus on community, collaboration and debate. I'm excited to moderate a panel on 'Flexible living - the future of apartment buildings' on Tuesday alongside Dave Cordner [Central Belfast Apartments], Richard Maurin [Charles Hope Apartments] and Keith Somers [Lioncor].
Other highlights from the two-day event include property tours on Day One, and on Day Two, a case study of the famous Titanic Quarter, a proptech challenge workshop, and a room2 presentation on net zero carbon in operational real estate.
Stay tuned for more coverage over the next week or so, including social media updates across our various channels, video interviews, and our annual Recharge review.
